Autism Assessments for Adults
For many years, I've conducted the traditional style of assessment and prided myself on my strengths-based and affirming perspective. Although that traditional model is helpful in answering the big question — What's going on with me? — it does not take advantage of the potential for a therapeutic and transformative experience in which you play an active part in re-storying your life.
GI Health Psychology
Can you imagine being punished every time you take a breath? Even if breathing caused problems, you would continue breathing because misery is better than death! Similar to air, food is necessary for sustaining life.
GI Health Psychology focuses primarily on Disorders of Brain-Gut Interaction (DGBIs) and is also effective on Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). We use a combination of Clinical Hypnosis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for a time-limited treatment.

1. Do you take my insurance?
I am not an in-network provider with any insurance company. Some health insurance plans do list me on their directory; however, this seems to be associated with previous employment and does not apply to my current company. Read more about fees.
2. Can I hire you for therapy?
My primary services are Autism Assessment for Adults and GI Health Psychology. I do not provide any kind of long-term therapy or general mental health therapy.
